Our Reformer Pilates Classes
Basic Reformer
A calm, supportive introduction to Reformer Pilates. This class is ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to revisit the foundations. You’ll move through breath, alignment, mobility, and simple strength work to build confidence and feel at home on the machine. A gentle setup for progressing into Good Reformer and beyond.
Good Reformer
A full-body flow designed to strengthen, tone, and energise. This class introduces spring changes, props, and simple alignment cues for a well-rounded workout. Expect to wake up new muscles, improve control, and move through a balanced, breath-led sequence that feels good from start to finish. Best suited once you’ve completed at least one Basic Reformer class.
Stretch & Chill Reformer
A slow, gentle 50-minute class designed to help your body unwind. Using the support of the straps and carriage, you’ll ease into deeper stretches, release tension, and finish with calming breathwork and relaxation. Perfect for recovery, mobility, and taking a moment to reset on the Reformer. Let the instructor know if this is your first time.
How the Timetable and Booking Work
The class timetable includes a mix of Basic Reformer, Good Reformer and Stretch & Chill Reformer sessions across the week, so you can choose times and class types that suit your needs. You can attend casually or with a multi-class pack, and are welcome to book into any class that matches your experience level and how your body feels that day.
Once you are booked in, please arrive a little early so you have time to get settled and chat with your instructor about any injuries or areas you want to focus on. Classes start on time, and the doors will be locked once the session begins to keep the space focused and distraction-free.
What to Bring and What to Expect in Class
Each session starts with a short check-in and gentle warm-up, then moves through guided sequences on the Reformer tailored to the class type. Your instructor will offer variations and adjustments so you can work at a level that feels appropriately challenging without pushing into discomfort.
For every class: Please arrive a little early. Classes start on time, and the doors will be locked once the session begins to keep the space focused and distraction-free. Bring: Grip socks (available in studio), a towel and a water bottle.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and let your instructor know about any injuries, pregnancies or concerns before class so they can support you safely.
